Jimmy John's - Lansing

I ordered the spicy Italian and tuna sub meal. My partner really enjoyed his spicy Italian, but my tuna sub was very underwhelming. I could barely taste the tuna; all I could taste were the vegetables that came with it.

I had a disappointing experience with my recent order. When my large order arrived, it was unpackaged, and I had to complain before they provided any packaging. They left me to figure out how to organize everything myself. The sandwiches were also quite difficult to manage. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

This restaurant used to be a top-quality spot, but sadly, it has declined since the pandemic. While the operating hours are accurate, it's nearly impossible to get a delivery at any time. It's truly unfortunate because this place had so much potential.

Ghetto and occupied by actual children (no, serious). employees have my phone 8 times privately harass me and once from a text now number. Security care that they have my address and telephone number. I told the police and the doordash. I have submitted a feedback form to jimmy john’s. see if I hear something back.

I go here regularly and today I went in and asked for a little iceberg on a slim for my 7 year old and they said no. To iceberg. On a slim. For a kid. I know times are tough but it was never a problem in the he past but apparently Jimmy John's just doesnt feel like it. Offered to pay and still no iceberg on a sandwich at a sandwich shop. Weird is all.
