I’ve visited twice to pick up online orders, but I noticed that the full range of hot sauces they used to offer isn’t available anymore. Despite that, the service remains prompt, the online ordering is very user-friendly, and the food is still fantastic. Just a note, I've made two separate trips, but had the same sandwich each time. The engineer sandwich is now a dream come true for me! Great subs, and I absolutely love the variety of hot sauces available! Overall, it’s a charming spot with quick service, reasonable prices, and truly delicious food.

It was quite busy during our visit, so we placed our order using the app, and the second sub was free thanks to our rewards points. The staff was efficiently preparing delicious subs. There are three tables outside on the sidewalk and several more inside. They also offer quality snacks like chips and cookies. Although it's always bustling, they manage to fulfill custom orders quickly.

We're a nonprofit organization hosting a picnic for 30 of our clients, and I am really disappointed with Firehouse Subs. They canceled our catering order just two hours before our event, leaving us in a rush to find another option. I’ve previously ordered catering from Firehouse Subs, but will not be using their services for our future needs.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can't forget to add their crunchy dill pickle wedges. This place is also where we sometimes pick up a red plastic bucket for gardening.
