I said no thanks to using my name for order as this is a stupid unsafe practice trying to give us false feelings . So Jacob said out loud no thanks when my order was ready. Verybad manners, us the dame order number like professionals do . Reprogram computer to use real numbers not aaahgkw4acav !!! Whatthe heck is that ! Very unprofessional Arby 's... Tomatoes on sandwich we 're expired, was offered new slices when I pointed itout. Another bad violation, expired tomatoes infect the entire sandwich and kitchen. Sandwich was drowned in honey mustard saucetop and bottom that appears to be watered down intentionally. Bacon almost too hard to chew. Never nuke bacon use other cookmethods please. Lobby spotless and Jacob constantly cleaned the area at FC and lobby, well done.

This item is not always available on the menu. The service was a bit slow during my visit, with wait staff only taking payment for one order at a time before moving on to the next. I noticed that none of the workers at the window were wearing masks or practicing social distancing. It seemed crowded, with three people visible in the area. I recommend double-checking your order before leaving to ensure you have received everything you ordered.
