This is a fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere feels just like home. Becky is absolutely wonderful!

Me and my two buddies eat at Yannis frequently and it has good food at a fair price. Clean and our waitress is quick and friendly. Jerry
