What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
When we went to pick up our order, there was no one to greet us or inquire about our order. The staff seemed indifferent, which didn’t make for a great customer service experience—though I imagine dining in might be different. Went around 3:30pm on a Tuesday. Was one of maybe a dozen total guests. Servers were also hostessing, bussing tables, and making drinks but the service was still swift and we were just happy they had enough staff to serve us. Waitress was friendly and brought us everything was asked for in a timely manner. I was delighted with the Ultimate Feast I ordered. (Lobster tail hiding under the crab legs). Yummmmmm.

Good experience, our waitress was super sweet and attentive! Small waiting period Saturday night. We have the crab filled shrimp rangoons, the 'new' lobster topped stuffed flounder and one of the signature festivities
Waiter was pleasant and up on our order for a party of 9. The business wasn't too loud or busy, which was nice. Clean. Acceptable quality shrimp Alfredo. The first time I was in red lobster and her cookies guarantee the hype!
It was a good place to eat. Seating was quick. Bartender was very friendly and kind. Actually everybody there was very friendly. Will visit again soon.
