Our children, our many grandchildren and ourselves are always treated with such genuine kindness. This place is spotless and the quality is far beyondthe prices. If you haven't been to this subway you haven't been to subway.

I received confirmation, but when I went to pick them up,... read more I foolishly ordered 15 subs from Firehouse Subs in Menomonee Falls for an employee appreciation event. I received confirmation, but when I went to pick them up, there were no subs ready, and the staff seemed indifferent. Meanwhile, back at the office, I had 15 hungry employees waiting for their food. Fortunately, the owners of the Subway Shop in the Open Pantry came to the rescue. They quickly prepared two platters loaded with all the fixings, saving the day and turning my Sub Emergency into a success!
