Every Wendy's I have been to has had terrible service. It seems like they hire young, inexperienced staff who lack knowledge of proper customer service and professionalism. I am a straightforward and easygoing customer, but even when I am nice to them, they seem indifferent. They still have the potential to improve.

The young staff at this restaurant are not very welcoming or polite. They did not greet me or thank me, and when I asked for help, they simply said yes without offering any assistance. It is clear that they have not been trained well in customer service. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible, as no one greeted us or made us feel welcome. There was a female worker with a dark complexion who seemed uninterested in being there. The service was also slow when we tried to place our order in the drive-thru.

This restaurant does not allow mobile app orders through the drive-through. You have to pull up to the drive-through speaker, where they ask for your name and direct you to the second window. However, after waiting in line at the second window, you are then told you have to come inside to place your order. Unfortunately, they do not accept mobile orders through the drive-through.

I ordered three burgers and all of them were missing. It's not that difficult to pack three burgers, come on.
