They need better management. the team should pay more attention to customer orders to ensure the best result.
I have the least idea. workers were very unprofessional. the personal had no gloves, the food and the registern treated. the bathroom had no soap. there were no hand sanitizer dispensers in sight. I had to ask a worker to add to the donation in the bathroom and not yet. never again!
Long line, it’s 12:30 and you don’t have chili heated OR know how long it’s going to take ?? then take forever with it. ridiculous.
This restaurant does not allow mobile app orders through the drive-through. You have to pull up to the drive-through speaker, where they ask for your name and direct you to the second window. However, after waiting in line at the second window, you are then told you have to come inside to place your order. Unfortunately, they do not accept mobile orders through the drive-through.
I ordered three burgers and all of them were missing. It's not that difficult to pack three burgers, come on.
