To make matte... read more The customer service here is absolutely awful. The young person taking orders was trying to charge extra for items that weren't listed separately. To make matters worse, a staff member was spraying Windex on all the surfaces while customers were still eating, mistakenly thinking she was disinfecting everything. This is not only unsafe for patrons who are consuming food but also shows a complete disregard for the customers, all just so they can finish cleaning before closing. Cleaning should be done after the lobby closes and customers have left. I’d recommend choosing a different location, as this one clearly doesn't value its paying customers.

While I understand it's just a s... read more I need to express my frustration about the Subway in Woodmore Towne Centre. The service I received was extremely disrespectful. While I understand it's just a sandwich shop, this experience has made me reconsider my support. I've been a loyal customer for years, but the previous staff were far more polite and would take the time to ask about your sandwich preferences. The way this employee treated me and my 10-year-old daughter was unacceptable; it felt like we had to endure his poor service without question. At one point, he even told me to leave, which I did. I will no longer spend my money at this location. I urge others to think twice before visiting this Subway until they recognize the importance of good customer service. Our dollars matter. @subway

However, I noticed him using his phone and scratching his hair. Unfortunately, he was the only staff member available, so I had no other options for help. As a result, I chose to leave without placing an order, which meant a lost $40 sale for the store due to his unprofessional behavior. Given the current health concerns, it's important to be cautious. I do not recommend this Subway location—it was both unprofessional and unsanitary.
