I gave it 4 stars because they are good and addicting BUT unfortunately strawberries were missing from our açaí bowls which was the main reason we picked the Bee Berry Sting. Hopefully we can get accommodated next time. View all feedback.
What Cara J doesn't like about Smoothie King:
It’s been hit or miss every time. But more often than not, my order is incorrect. And even when ordering ahead on the app, my order is not ready when I get to the store. View all feedback.
I’m convinced they intentionally make smoothies incorrectly here so customers won’t return Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love love loveeee the açaí bowls, the other smoothie kings don’t taste as good as the ones at this place!!
Arrived at 7:45 to a locked door with the staff shaking their head that they're closed when they do NOT close until 8. I showed them my phone and time and they refused to service me. Terrible experience
Great customer service! Lorenzo and the team that worked with him this evening were professional and efficient. Lorenzo gave 5 star customer service!
