Further... read more I returned today, Saturday, July 8, 2024, and faced the same issue. Even though I arrived within the specified time frame, my order was still not ready. Furthermore, the designated parking for To-Go orders is often filled with parked cars, forcing me to walk a long distance to reach the restaurant. After all that, I ended up waiting 25 minutes just to get my food. They really need to reconsider their takeout process. It’s disrespectful of customers' time, especially for drivers trying to pick up orders. If they can't manage it better, they should rethink their system.
