The order said t... read more Overall not a good experience. Ordered a large family meal online for basketball team as we were in town from Atlanta Georgia for a tournament. The order said that it will be ready and completed at 11:40 AM. We arrived at 11:45 AM and they did not even start the order. After over 15 minutes of waiting, we finally received the order. I asked the manager for a water cup due to the weight and she abruptly told me no they don’t do water cups I can buy one. Very poor customer service, especially under situation where you were wrong by not having the meal ready. In addition, the manager and other employees were arguing with each other extremely loud.
