There are unprecedented chords and flavours that bring us in a finesse and a delicacy without that. a huge bravo to the starred chef yoann amado (who would be without pretention a second star) and to the new cheffe pastry juliette bonnard whose desserts were of absolute and memorable precision. this passage in this magical place will undoubtedly become an inequable annual visit because this place and its teams make me spend a fabulous evening every time. next year,Caroline
