If they... read more Since this is the only fried chicken place in Aldergrove I still go occasionally. The staff is pretty friendly, but the food is not great even for KFC. If they have hot wings or strips ready they have usually been under the warmer for a long time - I would rather wait 5 minutes for fresh stuff. The chicken is typical KFC. The fries tend to be cold/mushy. They usually don't have the extra crispy and do run out of chicken from time to time.

I ordered the thre... read more I visited this restaurant for the first time in a few months after reading some reviews, and I'm so glad I decided to give it another chance. I ordered the three-piece chicken with fries, and it was excellent. I also got a side of potato salad, which I was very pleased with. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and will definitely be coming back!

I just needed some sauce, but they seemed reluctant to give me a packet. Despite being polite, the staff seemed slow and unresponsive. The tall blonde girl, however, provided excellent customer service and deserves a raise. Working in the fast-food industry myself, I know it's not that hard to be friendly and efficient.
