The... read more The service at this restaurant is excellent. The owner is very hands-on and we have developed a good rapport. I come here every week to satisfy my cravings. They serve the best burgers and my go-to order is the Bacon Cheddar burger with a side of 10 bone-in wings. The manager is extremely generous, offering me free refills and stamping my loyalty card for each combo I order, not just each visit. He's a fantastic guy! I highly recommend this place.

Got the burger and started eat... read more Was super excited to try the veggie burger at Fatburger today at Willowbrook Mall as there are less vegetarian options available. Got the burger and started eating it right away. Was disappointed when i took a bite as the patty was warm but thebun was practically frozen, totally ruined the whole taste. Will not be going to Fatburger franchise again, not worth the $10for a frozen bun. Doesnt need to be hot but should be at least warm. Even mcds burgers are warm all around.
