Annora - Langley
Annora
Description
Annora is a small, charming Langley gem where the food consistently wows—think melt-in-your-mouth short ribs, sable fish, scallop spaghetti and inventive desserts. Presentation and freshness are standout, though service and cleanliness can be uneven: staff range from outstanding to inattentive, and management has occasionally been brusque. Practical perks include street‑level access, nearby free parking and reservations recommended. Expect varied price points and watch for surprise charges like a cake‑cutting fee.

This restaurant undoubtedly offers the finest food in all of Surrey and Langley. The service, quality, and presentation are exceptional, rivaling and even surpassing other dining establishments.
Exceptional. We waited several weeks for a Saturday dinner reservation and traveled all the way from Vancouver, and it was definitely worth it. The...
My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Annora. I don't usually go to Langley, but I'm really pleased that I decided to try this French restaurant. They offered a three-course meal...
We also ordered a bottle of wine for $45, making my total bill $110, and most of us had appetizers as well. When it was time for our birthday cake, we were shocked to discover a $7 cake-cutting fee for each of us, totaling $42 for bringing our own cake! When we brought this up to the owner, he was quite rude and claimed he had informed us of this charge (which he hadn’t). While we understand that service can take time, the situation was absurd. Even more disappointing was the owner’s arrogant and rude demeanor, particularly since we hadn’t even complained about the food. All of us had previous positive experiences at this restaurant, but after this visit, none of us will be returning. In contrast, we had a much better experience at Cactus Club today, where our friend was even offered a complimentary birthday dessert. Just a warning: this is definitely not a five-star dining experience.
