I ordered ahead of time through the KFC app, was ready in less than 15 minutes, they called me when it was ready and the clerk I picked it up from double checked I had everything and asked if I wanted napkins,ketchup etc. Excellent service and the food was hot and fresh ????????

I was the only customer there, yet it took 22 minutes to prepare a sandwich combo. The fries were stale and refried, the cheese curds were still partially frozen, and the gravy was barely warm. The chicken sandwich was dry and tasteless. With so many incredible fried chicken options in town, KFC should seriously consider closing up shop and letting someone else take its place. Just terrible.
