We had a disappointing experience due to the terrible customer service. After we placed our order, we watched as several other customers were served before us. When we approached the two women at the front to inquire about our food, they were rude and arrogant, even tossing our payment back at us, insisting we should go to another restaurant. Satu bintangpun gak layak, pelayanannya gak ramah,gak recommend
Very abrupt, no politeness at all. I pointed this to them they're not happy, so they cancelled my order. And I have to say I am ok with it as I ordered food from other stall happy with the food services. I will give them one star, if I didn't have good food previously.
I really love the food here! This is one of my favourite places to eat. I highly recommend you try Warung Jakarta.
