Bar du Marche - Langeais

Ate lunch here after visiting the Chateau. Identified it as a potential venue from previous reviews and, having walked around the rest of Langeais decided from looking at the outside that it could be the best of a 'mediocre ' bunch. In the event, the somewhat unpretentious outside, belied what was to come. We chose the Plat du Jour for 12.50 euros Salad from the buffet, sliced duck in a green pepper sauce with green beans followed by a three cheese 'taster ' and then a choice of 3 desserts all accompanied by a demi litre of the house rose! Add to all this, a very pleasant hostess, prompt service and simple clean surroundings, all made this a memorable experience.

Restaurant bar offering a simple and cheap day menu. the couple of owners completes perfectly , madam at the bar and service ,monsieur in kitchen .

Friendly and friendly place. lunch or dinner very good but also very hearty... Not far from the castle and the city center of Langeais, you will enjoy with a pleasant welcome. parking nearby.

Always as pleasant to move to this establishment that doesn't pay for a mine but once inside you find a young couple who loves what he does. the husband is busy with the kitchen, always varied meals with a buffet in the entrance, the woman with jar and service, very welcoming and pleasant, very good approach to these guests which makes all the difference. The hotel rooms are simple, well decorated and clean. In short go there without problem, fast service and level ratio price is more than!!!
