First time to IL Brico and will definitely be back. I had the dinner special, seafood Cannelloni. This was excellent. My wife had the chicken parmesan and see loved it. House red with dinner. Prices are reasonable, food quality fantastic! We will definitely be back. Thanks.
Our Cream Soup with wild mushrooms and Spicy Italian Sausage with penne were top notch. We’ll definitely come again but skip the bruschetta. Served on hard ciabatta , tomatoes chopped too large, could hardly get it in our mouths. No garlic, capers, or salt and pepper, just a bit of basil chiffonade. Very boring. Lovely service, everything else fine.
I just want to thank Il Bricco for making my Anniversary dinner so special. Our meal was fabulous!!!! During the CIVID-19 we ordered our food at 4 and our delicious meal was ready for 6. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
If you haven’t taken a drive out to Langdon Alberta in a while, it might be time to plan a visit and book a table. Eight of us went out to dinner, ranging from teens to seniors. There is something on the menu for every palette and everything from appetizers to desserts was exceptional. This is a cozy, romantic restaurant that is best suited to couples or families with teens.
I 'm not sure if things have changed in the last few months or so. But we went there a couple days ago with another couple. We have all eaten at some amazing restaurants in Europe, Las Vegas and Calgary itself. We are not above spending a penny or 2 on an amazing meal. Anyway, to the review... We had a little bit of everything. Calamari, Bruschetta, Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Ravioli and dessert. Everything was great. I 'm an alfredo nut and have to get it at any pasta place I go. I loved this alfredo. Loved, loved, loved it. Not runny like some, not thick like molasses like others. Just right. Great taste and the pasta was a perfect al dente. The raviolo was also great. But the winner was the bolognese sauce. We all loved it. The dessert was also superb. The cheesecake was so creamy and flavorful. The chocolate cake was perfect. The Tiramisu was good. I 've had better but it was good. We are making Il Brico a monthly must go to place . We will take our friends and family. This is a gem in a small town. Like Longview steakhouse. Do yourself a favor. If you like pasta and Italian food. This is a must. Again not sure where the other reviewers went. But I know that pallets are different and tastes are different. But I know that I will be back again and again.
