What J Andrew Swanson doesn't like about The Rise:
#1 They use a strongly scented fabric softener on their napkins, which means when you wipe your face and take a bight you get a wonderful sensation of eating a Bounce sandwich. (To fix it, simply don't use scented fabric softener, or no fabric softener would be best)I was really annoyed they ran out of drip coffee and didn't offer me a substitute. Instead of just we're out of that now.Food is decent. Eggs properly cooked. But other than the Bang Bang sauce nothing was really standout flavor wise.
I highly recommend The Rise. Great food, with lots of healthy choices, chill atmosphere, good staff. After spending 4 days camping at Yellowstone, we were ready for something different, something well prepared with fresh ingredients, and something I didn't prepare on our camp stove. This was perfect! Thank you!
An unexpected gem on the road. Outstanding decor and amazing food. It has a lot of healthy options. I tried the classic burger trying the local meat) and sweet potato fries. I was not even hungry and I loved them.One friendly suggestion: simplify the menu. It is a bit overwhelming.

Love this friendly little cafe! Delicious juices and yummy breakfast and lunch dishes, plenty of vegan and vegetarian choices.
If you need some plant fuel this is the only place in Lander with fresh juice, vegan food and the best buddha bowls
