Starbucks - Land o Lakes

Customer service was excellent. I have a late start back from vacation. We were exhausted and needed something special to make it home. Starbucks is always a place where we try to go when they travel. It was close and we were worried about going in the last minute. All employees have done an excellent job to welcome us and Kevin was phenomenal. He took care of us, suggested menu options and gave us details on the dishes. I love going to Starbucks and enjoying the smell of coffee. This team on the 6th. June last Sunday at graduation worked, kudos to you. Thank you for having the perfect end of a wonderful holiday we had at Belleair Beach.

I always get out of my way to this special place! The staff is so friendly and always gets my order perfect! Even with my modifications! I love the staff here and the quality of drinks! There is no better location! Thanks to all hard-working employees!

I have been using this Starbucks for almost 2 years and love them! They always make your drink the way you request and if you don’t like it they will fix it with a smile! Nicole always goes the extra mile to make sure my drinks are perfect, thank you!

This is the closest Starbucks from my home, in last 10 years or so they messed up my order twice and refunded me twice. Both times were right before closing time, avoid the time of the day. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Manager wasn’t nice when I order a cup of coffee 5 minutes before closing, she told me we’re closing and everything is washed already, can’t take my order. I had similar situations at different Starbucks locations, they washed their equipment but gladly made my coffee with pour over method. For that reason I deducted one star. Wish they open until 11, instead of 9pm.
