I was amazed by the fact that, when a cutlery fell, the owner, just by the noise, recognized whether it was a fork or a knife and came to bring a new one without even having to call her! It's small attentions that make the difference. Gourmet cuisine of a truly exceptional level: small portions but full of flavour. Excellent!
