I was amazed by the fact that, when a cutlery fell, the owner, just by the noise, recognized whether it was a fork or a knife and came to bring a new one without even having to call her! Well set table and everything very arranged. Small and intimate environment, with rustic brick furnishings, basement in a properly renovated period cellar. At Mamì there is a beautiful way of cooking! The aromas of the dishes tasted managed to keep the traditions together with a skilful use of smells and spices. Each dish has a delicate modern note and a deep sense of tradition, with a modern and beautiful plating. The appetizer based on pizz ' e foje revisited is absolutely worth tasting: a dive into the past with a lot of modernity. The wide range of quality products ranges from meat to fish to vegetables. The flavor combinations are very good, all in a gourmet key, but without distorting the dishes. The presentations, cooking and service times were good. The kind, polite and attentive staff who are attentive to all the customer 's needs allow you to feel at ease and fully enjoy the experience. The combination with the proposed wine is excellent. Too bad for the lack of air conditioning which in summer can be a bit penalizing. Advised!
