Wat a great experience! The owner prepared for a special Pinsa made from vegetables and cheese andvto forget from a special dough. It was not on the menu list. Before we had some local made blond beer. All fantastic. With the Pinsa we had glasses of a great Montipuliciano red wine. Super tastefull! As a follow up a cheese platter made of local cheeses.
