Dining at the King's Head is always a pleasure. The portion sizes are generous, the service is excellent, and the prices are quite reasonable. The carvery is delightful, and the steak pie is absolutely to die for. It's a lovely establishment, and I would highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't already! View all feedback.
Was here tonight eating was absolutely beautiful and very good price the staff was friendly and the whole place felt relaxed that they did not hurry and the staff were not all 5 minutes asking if everything in order over all 10 of 10 in any case again
A group of us stayed in the hotel for one night. We all had a meal in the bar at lunch time and each meal was excellent. We had the full English breakfast and it was beautiful. All staff very nice and friendly and we would 100% stay here again.
Had a lovely Sunday lunch here today,lamb was gorgeous,prompt attentive service,very friendly staff deserts to die for,would highly recommend.

Booked for a graduation meal on Wednesday for 9 people i have to say we were not disapointed..Food came out altogether which is a must when there's afew of you nice hot too..Best part of our night was our waiter John, he was great taking the orders been shouted at by my very loud family haha! Keep smiling John we will defo be back!
