A solid 5-star experience. Beautiful restaurant with fantastic cuisine and friendly service. Every dish was a firework for the palate. Enjoyed every moment, definitely worth the journey.
A lovely spot in beautiful countryside. Food is given thought and cooked well, the menu caters for gluten free and vegetarians are also considered with some interesting options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Interior is old fashioned pub (which we like) but clean and outdoors space is modern with a screen for watching sports too. Well recommend

Lovely bar to meet up with friends. Great menu selection for vegetarians or particular diets. Good selection of ales. We were not pushed to leave after eating, very relaxed and welcome atmosphere. Our friends from Wiltshire were very impressed. Always recommend the Highwayman.
