To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong order, insisting that it was what I had ordered online. When I tried to explain the mistake, they refused to believe me and asked me to prove it. They placed blame on me and on Just Eat, and were unwilling to take any responsibility for the error. I referred to them as idiots for their stubbornness, but want to apologize to the female staff member who was only trying to assist. The male owner had never experienced such poor customer service before, and the argument with a customer was a disgraceful display. It is likely that the restaurant will soon be closed due to this type of behavior.

I was very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

The chips had the potential to be good, but they were very salty because of something they put on them. I had forgotten about this issue from my last visit. However, the restaurant did call to ask if I wanted my order sooner, which was a nice gesture.

Went somewhere else food arrived within 30 mins piping hot ! Things have gone downhill used to be amazing
