To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong order, insisting that it was what I had ordered online. When I tried to explain the mistake, they refused to believe me and asked me to prove it. They placed blame on me and on Just Eat, and were unwilling to take any responsibility for the error. I referred to them as idiots for their stubbornness, but want to apologize to the female staff member who was only trying to assist. The male owner had never experienced such poor customer service before, and the argument with a customer was a disgraceful display. It is likely that the restaurant will soon be closed due to this type of behavior.

I was very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

The chips had the potential to be good, but they were... read more I ordered a chicken burger with extra toppings, but everything was missing except for a piece of lettuce. The chips had the potential to be good, but they were very salty because of something they put on them. I had forgotten about this issue from my last visit. However, the restaurant did call to ask if I wanted my order sooner, which was a nice gesture.

My boyfriend (non-vegan) ordered a 12 inch ham and pineapple pizza and loved it. I have to say it looked delicious. For myself, I bought the vegan banana and maple ice-cream sundae. It was everything I wanted and more. The portion size was incredible, great ratio of bananas to ice cream and just so tasty. I have only eaten here once but must say, it was a very positive experience!

The last few times we have tried to get takeaway on the... read more God knows how they stay in business? I have never known a takeaway to be shut at 10pm on a Sat evening!! The last few times we have tried to get takeaway on the way home from town they have had some excuse on why they have had to shut early! Maybe let your customers know via Facebook so they have the option to go elsewhere. By the time we get to Moor Lane where they are based there is nowhere else to go. We could accept an occasional hiccup but this happens all the time. They need some competition nearby so they will start to actually run as a business rather than a half hearted attempt at a takeaway. Such as shame as the food is really nice (when you do manage to get it)
