My first visit was for a work dinner with clients, and despite it being the first service of the year, the food and table service were exceptional. I also brought my partner to the American Night, who was initially skeptical due to Coulson's being a training restaurant, but was quickly won over. Our staff Christmas meal at Coulson's was also a hit, with the quality and presentation of the food rivaling that of a top restaurant. For Mother's Day, I brought my mum, gran, and auntie, as well as my dad and brother, who were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service, as well as the affordable prices. I also enjoyed the Afternoon Tea service, which was beautifully presented and had a great variety of delicious food options.
