However, I was disappointed to find a si... read more I visited the restaurant after seeing their advertised special of 2 breakfasts and 2 hot drinks for £10 on national TV. However, I was disappointed to find a sign stating that they were unable to cook bacon, mushrooms, or tomatoes due to equipment failure. I found this explanation unreasonable, especially since other hot meals were still being served. It was a letdown that they didn't try to find an alternative solution, causing Morrisons to lose out on potential business.

We waited 25 minutes for our food to... read more After finally getting our coffee, we noticed that other customers who arrived after us were receiving their food before us. We waited 25 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was not very good quality and tasted bland. The young girl at the till was friendly, but the other staff seemed uninterested and unhappy. Overall, it was an experience I would not want to repeat. I would rather spend my money elsewhere on better quality food and service.

One urinal... read more On arrival at the store, we needed the toilet . OMG disgusting is not a strong enough word! They were filthy and the smell of ammonia was unbearable! One urinal out of order one hand basin out of order , and the toiled was disgusting.I brought this to the attention to the duty manager Jackie , who was very apologetic and closed the toilets immediately for cleaning. We then went in cafe for breakfast . Food was quick, but unfortunately, the tables had been cleaned of a fashion. In reality what had been done, is the mess on the table had been spread round with a dirty damp cloth . The young man who was clearing the tables , seemed to be doing everyone’s job, so not his fault. When I went to put the vinegar on my chips , there was no small hole stopper on the vinegar bottle, so my food was drowning in vinegar. I brought this to the attention of the lady who served me, she simply took the bottle of vinegar away , and didn’t utter a word , so I think I paid for the privilege of visiting a dirty under staffed store . Morrison’s if you read this, get your act together, your store is filthy!!!
