However, there weren't many vegan cake options when I visited, and what was available was quite pricey.

I tried the lemon and elderflower... read more I stopped by for a cup of tea and discovered several vegan options, including two types of sandwiches and a variety of cakes. I tried the lemon and elderflower cake with Earl Grey tea and oat milk. The cake was absolutely delicious, and I really wish I had room for a sandwich, but I had already had lunch. I'm sure I'll be back again when I'm in Lancaster.
