Very poor service, not sure if short employees. Waited 15 minutes to get someone to the table to order drinks, waited long) to get drinks. Food finally came, no... read more Very poor service, not sure if short employees. Waited 15 minutes to get someone to the table to order drinks, waited long) to get drinks. Food finally came, not right, as ordered, had to ask the food server for our server to get a second round and wait again way to Long. Another west to get controls and how to guess another LONG. Wait to pay. Had to go in to pay bill so we can finally go and go somewhere else. I'm not back for a long time. Sorry.

My father passed away a week ago, my family and I decided to go to the Villanova for a couple drinks after the service. Kristen was working behind the bar, I gave her my credit card and asked to start a tab for my wife and I. An hour later another member of my party wanted to buy a round of drinks for everyone at our table. Kristen decided to charge her for every drink from the time we got there. When we brought her mistake to her attention, she told myself and the other person to shut up because she was talking. The other member of my party was so confused as there were two extra mixed drinks and two extra beers on her tab that no one had, she gave up and just paid the bill. A little later my wife and my sister each had a shot, which was on my tab. When I closed my tab, Kristen said it was $12 and I'm good, the bill was paid. A few minutes later another woman employed there came up to me and said I still owed $12.00. After arguing for a little while with the other woman and Kristen, I threw $12 on the table and told them they have absolutely no idea what they're doing before I left. I will never go back, they love to bill for things you don't order. Kristen is without a doubt the worst bartender I've ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and go to Aroogas, it's just a few blocks up the road.

Wait to pay. Had to goinside to pay bill so we could finally leave and go somewhere else. Won?t be back for a long time. Sorry to say.
