Zippy's Burgers is a popular spot in Lancaster known for their delicious cheeseburgers and made-to-order meals. Growing up in the area, I often went to Zippy's for a quick bite. If I could give zero stars, I would! We are from out of town and chose this restaurant based on its ratings. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. We felt like we were inconveniencing them by asking for the menu. My food was practically thrown onto the table. If I could give zero stars, I would!! We are from out of town and chose this bar because of its reviews. Employee was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Made us feel like we were inconveiencing her with questions about the menu. She pretty much threw my food at me across the table. Had to go back up to the bar for drink refills, straws, cups, to go boxes and our bill. She not once asked if we needed anything. We are a friendly group and tip well when treated well. Not sure if our treatment was because we weren't locals or if she was having a bad day.
Great atmosphere... we love Zippy's. You've got to try a burgers.... they're HUGE friggin' burgers.
Great service and amazing Swiss Mushroom Burger plus Fries! The quality can not be beat. And tons of fries. I couldn't eat my meal in one sitting.
Very rude bartender, took forever to serve us. then we got our meal and made half of it wrong!! do not recommend
The service at this restaurant was subpar. The waitress didn't seem to appreciate our presence and was unhelpful when we had questions about the menu. The food was thrown onto the table and we had to ask for multiple items, only to receive an annoyed response.
