She repeatedly mentioned she was thinking of walking out, while the lady taking orders said she might stop taking them altogether. The only person who seemed to be putting in any effort was the man who was assembling the food on the trays. I wish I had chosen a different place to dine.

Went to waxhaw, nc location first. Wendy's was out of chili beans. Cancel order and went to location in lancaster. For some reason, my nuggets were small and dry, and I couldn't figure out why. When I went to pay, NBA Youngboy's music was playing in the background, which I wasn't really fond of. If I had visited during the night, I probably would have given just one star, so you dodged a bullet this time, haha!

My friends and I waited over an hour just to place our order, and when we finally got our food, it was cold and incorrect. To make matters worse, we were informed that they were out of most of their drinks, as well as napkins and condiments. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced these issues, and I can assure you it will be the last. At this point, they would be better off closing their doors.

It's supposed to provide a fast way to get your food, but my experience at Wendy's was by far the longest I've encountered.
