The cashier, a short man with... read more I found it quite strange that when buying alcohol, I have to use the front checkout, yet I can't get a bag for my other purchases. The cashier, a short man with long black hair, should definitely be made aware of this issue. I really hope it gets sorted out; otherwise, I might have to reconsider my patronage at this establishment.

It... read more The main benefit of this restaurant used to be the convenience of online ordering and the speedy pickup from the designated to-go rack right by the entrance. It was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, they have since removed that rack, and now you have to rely on the staff behind the counter to recognize you and your prepaid order. You might end up waiting multiple times before someone acknowledges you. The food itself is just average, so without the convenient pickup option, I probably won’t be ordering from here again. I’m unclear why they decided to eliminate this helpful system; it seems like a step backward in customer service rather than an improvement.
