The kids were really looking forward to getting something, but I guess not.

I usually don't complain if they don't have the flavors or scents I want, but today I have to (as it has been happening for months). On 6/5/21, they didn't have the equipment to make the top of the snow cone, but still charged the same price. Most of the flavors are missing. They always have cola, but never ice cream. If the taste wasn't better than that, I wouldn't continue to spend my money there. We usually order 3 to 8 snow cones when we visit, and they used to be great, but now they are all over the place. They can do better. 1095 Pleasant Rd.

We arrived at 7:45pm and were told they were closed. Despite their online information stating they closed at 9, the girl working there insisted it was 8 and needed to clean up. The service was very rude and unprofessional. We only came here because Steph's Chill was closed, but we will not be returning. Tastee Ice down the street is better and stays open until 9, accepting cash and card payments. Avoid this place and try Steph's Chill or Tastee Ice instead.

Despite the website stating they close at 9pm, they have been known to close as early as 8:30pm on multiple occasions. This inconsistency has been a recurring issue.
