This gym is fantastic and caters to everyone, not just powerlifters and strongmen. The owners are incredibly helpful and supportive, despite what another review may say. My family has been going there for over a year and we feel like part of a big family. It has become my second home.
This restaurant is a fantastic place to train and I am absolutely thrilled. The owners are very knowledgeable and I am grateful to be able to work with them!
I attended a boot camp fitness class at the gym and left extremely disappointed. The trainers leading the boot camp were excellent, with the exception of one individual who I later found out was the owner. This person came in during the class, ranting and making disparaging remarks to the participants, claiming that they could do a better job. This behavior is not professional and does not reflect well on the gym or its potential clients. I have decided not to return to this gym because of this experience.

I had my daughter sweet sixteen party at rick’s place last weekend and it was fabulous! I can't say enough great things about how wonderful it was to work with rick and how he ran all night smoothly! my daughter at night was all she wanted and more!
