Max at the Lancaster cafe is very nice, understanding very great with making sure his customers is satisfied getting the service they deserve!! When I had A problem with delivery WHICH IS THROUGH DOORDASH! He made sure that the issue was fixed very quickly!!! Thank you so much, and the food is DELICIOUS location is very clean!
The service was pleasant, but the restaurant itself was quite unclean. The dining area appeared to have not been cleaned in days, with filthy floors and dirty vents. It really needs a thorough deep cleaning, and it's important for people to take pride in maintaining their establishments.
I like Panera Bread but not this specific location. Ordered food through DoorDash and it tasted just bad. Iced caramel latte tasted like someone just mixed it with water?
