Silly me, because to my surprise the... read more I used the drive through, and when I got to the window to pay, I was charged for the wrong meal, $3.00 more. I paid anyway. Silly me, because to my surprise the chicken was old and taste like paper, and the fries were sitting for to long. I returnedthe meal, and asked that they refund me, due to the food being old. I was told I could not get my money back and they could giveme a store credit. I refused and insisted that they return to me the cost of the meal. The person addressing the issue wasreally polite and stated no manager was present.she implied she needed to speak with the manager by phone. I insisted that shemake the call. She returns telling me the same thing, she could not give me a refund, but could give me a store credit. I askedwhy would I accept a store credit when the food is not fresh. It's now 10mins, and another woman comes out and refunds the moneyfor the meal back onto my card. It's really getting bad that these big named fast food places are charging extra money for badfood and service. I'm not accepting this anymore, especially at the prices we are being charged now. Enough is enough. I noticedwhen I went inside this place it had lots of workers on the floor, and Yikes! it was really dirty and unkept. Shame on KFCmanagement for asking hard working customers to accept such poor service and bad food at increase prices.

Will not be going back, would probably fire some people if I was in charge. K and 10thwest. Stay away!!!!!!!

I thought KFC was al... read more I tried to order hot wings, but they didn’t have Buffalo flavor. We decided to get a bucket instead, but it only contained legs and thighs. I thought KFC was all about chicken. When I tasted the chicken, it was incredibly bland with no seasoning at all. What happened to the famous 7 herbs and spices? They definitely need a new cook. Such a disappointment.

Since when is a biscuit supposed to be crunchy? Michael is the worst manager—they need to replace the entire team and start fresh because everything is just bad.
