Description

**Dining Experience at Isaac's: A Mixed Bag**

Isaac's has garnered a range of opinions from patrons. While many appreciate the delicious sandwiches and attentive staff, others have expressed disappointment in service delays and food quality. Reports of long waits and order mix-ups, possibly due to understaffing, have tainted the experience for some. Several customers noted the reasonable prices and variety of options, including gluten-free dishes, as highlights. However, the controversial 3% credit card fee has raised eyebrows, leaving some hesitant to return. Overall, Isaac's continues to attract diners, but consistency in service and food quality remains a pressing concern.

This restaurant offers excellent takeout options, particularly for those with gluten-free dietary needs. The food is outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5, and the service is equally impressive, also scoring a 5. The atmosphere is decent with a rating of 3, but the quality of the meal more than makes up for it. If you visit, I highly recommend trying the Phoenix dish.

Food was very good, but I mainly came to compliment Christy! She is such a delight. One of the best waitresses I have ever encountered at an establishment. She has a very down to earth and genuine personality, you can tell she likes what she does. I can appreciate that. I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt inclined to come and say she is wonderful. I was on shift myself working with a special needs participant and she was very accomplished. Thank you!
