Sadly, we don't have this fantastic restaurant chain in our state, and I truly hope the owners recognize its potential and keep it in operation. It was one of our favorite spots while growing up, especially for the Buffalo wings and ice cream. Thank you, Friendly's, for the wonderful memories with friends and family. Please don't close down; instead, think about refreshing the locations. America loves this chain! Promote it online, send out mail coupons, host more events—anything but shutting down! The ice cream was just as delicious as always; I had a JIM DANDY, and it was amazing! Truly the best ice cream chain!

After a long day at Dutch Wonderland, we were really looking forward to a proper meal, so it was disheartening to have to go elsewhere. I've never experienced this issue at the Friendly's location near me. It seemed like the staff just wanted to leave for the night.

The food was absolutely delicious, but I thought the price for the chicken tenders was quite excessive—$16.00 for only four small tenders, a side of fries, and a small coleslaw. Moreover, our waitress overlooked some of our requests, such as when my dad asked for more iced tea. Despite these setbacks, we still enjoyed a lovely meal and were happy we decided to come.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the food and ice cream were just as great as we remembered. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, even though they were a bit short-staffed.

And they didn 't even respond to my Mom when she greeted them! We were seated and found out that breakfast time had passed. Mom wanted pancakes and when the waitress heard that, she said Well if u want to leave, I won 't feel any kind of way . We would 've chosen something on the menu, but there wasn 't any encouragement to stay. First and last time at NOT so Friendly 's
