I placed an order through their phone AI system, and I've done this at least four times. Each time, I leave work excited to pick up my dinner, only to be told that they can't find my order. When I showed them on my phone that I called just 36 minutes ago, they still insisted they had no record of it. I will never return to this restaurant.
