I called Chellas ahead of time to confirm their vegan options. I ordered the vegetarian arepa without cheese, which came with black beans, plantains, and avocado. I also got the yuca fries with chimichurri sauce. The food was tasty and satisfying. The staff was friendly and advised vegan customers to inform them of their dietary preferences.
