I stumbled upon this hidden gem in Lancaster by chance. I typically don't enjoy birria, but ended up here for a last minute dinner. I decided to try the #2 combo with horchata and consume. The combination of lemon, cilantro, onions, and spicy salsa was unexpectedly delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the meal was and I will definitely be returning in the future. I love birria superior's delicious food and quick customer service! Whenever I am in Lancaster, it's always my favorite spot for tacos or burritos.

This restaurant is perfect for visitors from out of town. The staff is very friendly and all the menu options are appetizing. I highly recommend trying the Menudo on the weekends, as well as the amazing birria sandwich.
Oh my gosh, everything was absolutely delicious, well-seasoned, and served hot! They have the best birria in the area! It's not too salty at all—just perfectly balanced! They also packaged everything beautifully. I would give it an easy 10 out of 10!
