What Clara C doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
Two of our three drinks were ready when I got there. The two that were ready were already defrosting with the flavoring all at the bottom. We had to wait for the third drink to be ready. The cinnamon pretzels were stale like they had been sitting out. The store never said when our order was ready either so we went in at the estimated time doordash gave us. View all feedback. I usually wouldn't leave a review for a pretzel place, but this was the best Auntie Anne's pretzel I have ever gotten. I got the cinnamon and sugar nuggets, and they were super fresh and hot. They pretty much melted in my mouth. The customer service was top notch; this was definitely a good experience. Pretzel Nuggets 1-5=5. Customer Service 1-5=5. View all feedback.

The pretzel nuggets snack pack is great but they forgot a pretzel with our order and the pretzel dog bundle is the best!
