During their stay we also had dinner and lunch at their restaurant, dinner in the characteristic rustic tavern and lunch on the panoramic outdoor terrace. In addition to the quality of strictly local and organic food, we greatly appreciated the sympathy and deep culture of the tavern and the verve of his wife cook and owner. Among the courses that have liked more to us and our guests we remind you: the tasty disshaped vegetables served as appetizers, the pizza cooked in the wood furnace, the Florentine crespelle, the fabulous steak of beef and, dulcis at the bottom, a rare interpretation of the Pavlova cake. We also had the chance to participate in the typical wild boar evening, cooked perfectly.
