The best wine for the best price ever , the food was not all our taste and atmosphere was not very vibrant as we were the only 2 guest for dinner on a friday evening . We had a Brunello di Montalcino 2006 for €200 and the dinner via the Fork was with discount coupon , so we spend €440 for food wine tip
What a great location ; Bernini house, so beautiful the staf was waiting outside for us and showed us around the house and we ended up in the celler , everything stylish and beautiful (toilets fantastic) The food was okay , but not all dishes of this chef was our style, but some of the plats were really fanastic , service impaccable and we had amazing wine for the best price ever , a Brunello di Montacino 2006 Biondi Santi for € 200 . We had a 20% discount coupon from the Fork and I never eat in a beautiful Michelin Star restaurant spending only € 400 incl.this fantastic wine. I could should give a 5/5 but........................ we were the only guest , just me and my wife .........on friday evening 5th may 2023...........our anniversario , totally empty , I never had that experiance ever before.
This was our first Michelin experience. As we arrived there was a pianist playing a concert in the entrance hall which was spectacular. We were led down to the restaurant which is architecturally stunning. Modern interiors, art work displays and an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs work. We ordered a tasting menu and the experience of the food was once in a lifetime. Every course was designed and thought out to a theme and of course delicious. It was magical to watch the chefs working. The silver service was impeccable. Extensive wine list. Because of the pandemic the place wasnt booked but it actually meant we had a private dining experience which I’m sure you’d pay over the odds for usually! I’m unsure we will ever match this dinner in our lifetimes. Spectacular and stunning. Please note they cannot take tips on card. Although service I believe is included we were unable to tip because we did not have cash on and my god was it worthy! Thank you so much ristorante atman.
Atman at Villa Rospigliosi The Iposonic menu, a journey into the mind of chef Marco Cahssai We went for dinner and did the full menu: the Iposonic menu with wine and beverage pairings. It 's not your average gourmet dinner; it 's truly in a whole other league. Why it 's worth it: Outstanding quality: Every ingredient is treated with incredible technique. There 's nothing banal, not even the cauliflower at the beginning. The pairing is the real gem: They don 't just bring you wine. Finding black tea or craft beer paired with the right dishes completely changes your perception of taste. Total experience: The location is incredible, but what stays with you is the flavor. The risotto with cuttlefish and taralli and the tongue with 2008 Riesling were the highlights of the evening. Perfect balance: The flavors move from the punch of the artichoke over the coals to the final freshness of the beetroot and pomegranate without ever losing their edge. In short: If you want a high-end experience, where technique serves to enhance the flavor rather than hide it, Atman is the place to be. The highest quality and service allow you to enjoy the evening without too many frills.
I chose Atman for a special evening, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The warm and refined welcome immediately made you feel like the guest of honor. The culinary journey was a crescendo of emotions. It's not just about technique, which is superb, but an explosion of flavors crafted with surprising mastery. I was particularly struck by Chef Marco Cahssai's ability to transform seemingly simple ingredients into works of art for the palate, maintaining a perfect balance between bold innovation and the pleasure of taste. The professionalism of the dining room staff was, if anything, the real added value: I truly appreciated the way each dish was presented, not as a simple list of ingredients, but as a creative project. Their expertise, combined with a kindness that was never formal but genuine, allowed us to savor every moment without rushing. Leaving, the feeling was that of having enjoyed a total experience, where the beauty of the location and the excellence of the cuisine blend perfectly. A must-see in Vinci for those who, like me, are looking for something that goes beyond excellent food and aims straight for emotion.
