Mulberry Bush Wholefoods - LAMPETER

A real gem right on the high road! Whether they are a local or just have to go through them! more than once I found the exwcrpy here, what I need if it wasn't different. they have an excellent choice or world crumbled and spiced, their supplies of medical extracts and supplements is not! Moreover, the employees in the products they sell are very well versed. I am always really impressed by the choice of world food and the ability to order what they need when that is the case. there is a small caffe that is connected to the business that is also fabulous, serving fresh vegetarian and vegan food from locally grown products.

Lovely staff, so pleasant late in the afternoon when we ordered some sandwiches and coffee. Nice old fashioned heath food store and cafe.

Really like this shop, great range of products and the staff are helpful and kind 90% of the time which is pretty good for this day and age. Thanks

Lovely healthy food, yummy cakes, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff at a a very reasonable price, great place to hang out!!
