This time, t... read more The toaster has been broken for over two weeks now. Every time I visit, they are out of one or more ingredients, such as lettuce, tomatoes, or ham. This time, they were out of napkins, bags, and onions. Their beverage selection always has at least two items that are out of order or need to be replaced, and the fridge that holds the bottles is usually nearly empty as well. Not a single employee seems to know the proper portion sizes for the sandwiches, leading to double or triple the amount of meat being used. This is likely one reason why they frequently run out of items, while poor management is probably another factor. I can only imagine how much profit the company is losing as a result of this, especially if you happen to get someone who knows how to make the sandwiches properly. The chip rack is never fully stocked, and they only offer two types of cookies. Today, the middle-aged woman who made my steak sandwich was extremely loud—so loud I could hear her clearly from the bathroom—and she wasn't very friendly either. My $6 sandwich was a complete mess, drenched in Chipotle sauce to the point where I could barely finish it; all I could taste was the sauce. She even struggled to differentiate between jalapeños and green peppers. To top it off, I waited over five minutes without anyone acknowledging me, despite being the only one waiting. Overall, this experience was very unprofessional, showing a complete lack of training for employees, a poor selection of items, and cleanliness issues. As someone who worked at Subway for three years during high school, I found this experience to be quite disappointing.

The bread look more like flatbread it was so soggy and cold and looked undercooked and raw even after putting it in the “toaster” even though you heard it go off. It seems like no one really cares or has a clue as to what they are doing here. Also way too overpriced payed almost 20 just for 1 foot long. All because he was clueless to the sandwich we even got and put the wrong one down that’s more expensive.
