Growlinggator - Lambton Shores

We have been here a few times in the past 3 years and love the outdoor patio when the summer in full swing. Good food and very relaxed. Beach restaurant means not fancy seating but good pub grub.

WOW to having our food just not come after nearly an hour on a non-busy Thursday night Wow . Terrible service . So slow ! Come on there is no one else in here !!!! It's incredible how bad and slow service.The only good thing about this place is beach view. Meh. Just not what I was expecting

There were four of us and our friends dog at the outdoor patio (there were outdoor patio areas, the one at the back was dog-friendly). Orders arrived hot and fresh and in a timely fashion. I had the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta and it was...spectacularly tasty! Another one had the Fajita Chicken Wrap, another had the Crispy Buffalo Chicken, and the other the Fish Chips. All were very tasty and decent sized portions. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. A good time was had by all and we would definitely return when in the area again

Came here for my birthday dinner on a Friday night with girlfriends. We all loved our meals and the drinks were great as well. I had the jambalaya which I've never had but it was delicious! Others had the chipotle chicken pasta and...the bourban salmon. We were all super happy with dinner and appetizers. The dinner portions were also very large. Our server was wonderful. The restaurant was very busy and she did a great job keeping our drinks full, and giving us suggestions on what to order. The patio has a nice view of the sunset and she also took a picture of us all in front of it. Great place to go in Grand Bend! (The picture of my food is after I had eaten half. Huge portions!

Owner is always there and good selection of food. The coconut shrimp is great as well as their crab cakes. Good service overall and view of the lake
